We Need Your Help to Fill Our Paper Recycling Bin!!!

Our goal is to fill this bin at least once a week. Archway Parent Organization earns money from all paper recycling. Like our other programs, the money earned will go to purchase needs of the teachers, classrooms and school. Our most recent purchase for the teachers was a GBC Ultima 65 Roll Laminator and an 8 Roll - 36” Butcher Kraft Roll Paper Cutter Dispenser with paper. There are many more items that the teachers and classrooms need. Please help support our recycling efforts by placing all of your paper recycling in our YELLOW striped bin that looks like the one above and is located behind the school on the southeast corner.

The following items CAN be put in the bin:

• Paper – Can accept all paper with staples, no need to remove staples!
• Newspapers and Inserts
• Magazines
• Window Envelopes (paper envelopes with plastic having addresses show through)
• Regular Envelopes
• Catalogs
• Phone Books
• Paper Back Books
• White and Colored Writing Paper
• Clean Paper Bags
• Computer Paper
• Direct Mail (JUNK MAIL!!!)
• Shredded Paper (place in a tied plastic grocery bag or paper bag)
• Corrugated Cardboard
• Cereal Boxes
• Detergent Boxes
• Soda Boxes (6 and 12 pack boxes)
• Paper Towel and Toilet Paper Rolls
• Dry Food Boxes
• Medicine Boxes
• Tissue Boxes

PLEASE FLATTEN or BREAK DOWN ALL BOXES BEFORE PUTTING THEM INTO THE BIN

The following CANNOT be put in the bin:

• NO textbooks or hard cover books
• NO tissue paper
• NO wrapping paper
• NO carbon paper
• NO sticky notes
• NO boxes with food waste/grease

Ask Pizza Hut, Dominos, or your other favorite pizza place to put paper, foil or something else between the pizza and the box so that it can be recycled.
