We will be organizing our volunteers by committees again the 2012-2013 school year. You can serve on as many committees as you want. It is our hope that every family will be represented on at least one committee and help out with at least one event. Please remember that every committee has both large and small jobs and jobs for working or stay at home parents. There is a way for everyone to get involved.
Auction Committee: Help plan the parent casino event to be held in April or May. Collect donation commitments throughout the year and then collect the items in time for the event.

Coordinate parent volunteers to help organize and run the classroom’s booth for the Medieval Faire (liaison can either be the lead for the booth or find another parent(s) to be the lead for the booth).
Assist the PO in finding program and event volunteers; communicate ACCPO volunteer needs to parents. In August, two (or more) liaisons will be assigned per classroom and one to two liaisons per special teacher (depending upon need of special teacher).
